Microsoft word is a word processing application that is very popular, even since I was a child. I still remember that the first time I used Microsoft Word was Word 2003 when I practiced computer subjects, but I think the function is still the same as the latest Microsoft Word.
Of the many functions offered by Microsoft Word, there are functions that I often use, namely tables, how to make tables is very easy, you only need to go to the Insert > Table > menu then select the row and column format as desired.
But sometimes there are times when the rows or columns that we have created are not enough and have to be added again, we can’t re-create the table, and copy the content that we have created into a new table.
Fortunately, from the first Microsoft Word has a feature to add columns and rows, it's very easy, you can find it yourself if you want to tinker with Microsoft Word. In this tutorial, I am using Microsoft Word 2016, although I think it will be similar to other versions of Microsoft Word. Immediately, for a complete explanation of how to create rows and columns, I will explain below.
If you have previously created a table, to create a row in the table, please click the table row you want to add a new row to (above or below), then right-click the mouse, select Insert and then select
Insert Rows Below > to add a new line to the bottom of the selected rows.
Insert Column Above > to add a new row at the bottom of the selected row.
Next is to add a column, just like a row, click the desired column then right-click the mouse > Insert and select menu.
Insert Columns to the Left > to add a new column to the left of the selected column.
Insert Columns to the Right > to add a new column to the right of the selected column.
But like my other articles in the end there is another easier way, instead of having to repeatedly right-click the mouse, it's better to use the menu in tools> layout table, the way to enter the menu is by clicking the table (because if you don't click the table tool does not appear), then click the Layout menu in the table tools and the same menu will appear as I described above. For more details, you can see the image below.
The tutorial has finished adding column rows in Microsoft Word, quite simple right? Okay that's all for the article I wrote this time, if you have questions about Microsoft Word you can ask me directly in the comments column, maybe I know about it, and can answer, don't forget to share this article if a friend needs it, thank you
